This role in summary
Reporting to the Growth Manager of the Direct to Consumer business for all our LAMEX region, the CRM & Email Marketing Senior Analyst will own the end-to-end strategy, execution and optimization of all CRM and email-marketing initiatives across our region. You’ll build best-in-class processes in for the CRM & Email marketing channel, drive engagement and revenue through data-driven campaigns, and provide actionable insights to accelerate our performance marketing goals.
Your responsibilities will include
- Design and execute multi-market email campaigns (acquisition, retention, re-engagement) in our ESPs.
- Develop and refine audience segmentation, personalization strategies and dynamic content to maximize Open Rates, CTR and conversion, among other KPIs.
- Build and document scalable processes,to support a growing, performance-driven CRM operation.
- Analyze campaign performance, report on KPIs (Open Rate, CTR, conversion rate, email-driven revenue share, site traffic) and recommend data-backed optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Paid, SEO, Content) to align email initiatives with broader marketing objectives.
- Manage stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of assets, QA of email templates and compliance with local regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Stay up to date on emerging email-marketing technologies, industry trends and best practices to continuously evolve our CRM capability.
Minimum requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
- Technical expertise: Experience in CRM and email marketing within e-commerce or performance marketing environments, including hands-on work with Email Service Providers (ESPs).
- Language skills: English at advance level or above (both written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
Preferred skills and experiences
- Additional ESP knowledge: Exposure to multiple Email Marketing Platforms i.e. Adobe Campaign, Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
- Analytical tools: Advanced skills in Excel and Google Analytics for data analysis.
- Process development: Proven track record building CRM/email playbooks and operational frameworks from the ground up.
- Language bonus: Native or fluent Spanish speaker.
- Experience in managing diversity of agencies.
