Are you a finance professional skilled in managing receivables and collaborating with international teams? Join GetResponse as a Financial Specialist and play a key role in maintaining financial health across our operations in the USA, Malaysia, Brazil, and Poland.

Main Tasks: 

  • collaborate with foreign accounting offices in the USA, Malaysia, and Brazil 
  • control and verify invoices issued by foreign accounting offices
  • manage receivables and oversee the debt collection process in foreign subsidiaries 
  • prepare reports on bad debts related to receivables
  • maintain ongoing collaboration with payment processors
  • analyze and report statements from payment processors
  • manage financial liquidity across the Group (Poland, USA, Malaysia, Brazil)
  • execute payment of liabilities within the Group
  • foster continuous cooperation with banks  

You may be a perfect fit if you have: 

  • bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field 
  • minimum 3 years of professional experience in a finance department, with a focus on receivables and bank cooperation 
  • strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • practical, detail-oriented, and responsible approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • excellent communication and time management skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities 
  • problem-solving mindset with creativity and innovative thinking
  • good understanding of office procedures and formats
  • fluency in Polish and goofd command of English (minimum B2 level) 

Salary range: 

  • 5 900 – 7 800 PLN gross/month on contract of employment
