Job description

Turn billions of ad impressions into actionable stories:

LoopMe’s award-winning PurchaseLoop Brand product marries real-time surveys with AI to optimise campaigns for attention, intent and offline sales. As our Junior Data Analyst, you’ll dive into rich, high-velocity datasets, surface insights for clients and product teams, and help feed improvements straight back into our machine-learning engine.

You’ll work alongside a 5-star-rated Data Science team led by Chief Data Scientist Leonard Newnham — a culture that prizes mentorship, curiosity and impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyse live campaigns: slice billions of ad requests to reveal lift, audience trends and optimisation levers
  • Run statistical tests: own significance testing and methodology for PurchaseLoop Brand studies
  • Tell clear stories: build dashboards and present findings that non-technical stakeholders can act on
  • Improve the product: translate analysis into hypotheses and features for our real-time AI models
  • Automate the boring stuff: write SQL (and, if you fancy, a bit of Python/R) to speed up recurring reports

What you bring:

  • 0–2 years (or strong internship) in data analytics, business intelligence or similar
  • Solid SQL skills and confidence wrangling large datasets
  • Working knowledge of statistical concepts (A/B testing, confidence intervals, t-tests)
  • Eagle eye for anomalies and data quality issues
  • Clear written & spoken English (our dashboards and docs are in English)

Bonus points for:

  • Python or R for data analysis / visualisation
  • Kibana or other ElasticSearch query tools
  • Exposure to digital advertising, mar-tech or e-commerce data

About the Data Science Team:

We’re a 20-person team of data scientists, ML engineers, and Java developers building production AI for real-world use — not research experiments. We’re distributed across London, Poland, and Ukraine, and we act like one team, not a satellite office.

What sets us apart:

  • Led by Leonard Newnham, an experienced Chief Data Scientist who codes, leads, and listens
  • Strong culture of autonomy, collaboration, and pragmatism — no micromanagement, no drama
  • Open to new ideas and ways of working — if it improves delivery, we want to hear it
  • Genuinely supportive and fun to work with — it’s a team where people stay and grow
  • Don’t just take our word for it — check our Glassdoor reviews. We have a solid 5-star rating. Search “Data Scientist” for a real view of the culture

About LoopMe:

LoopMe is a global adtech company founded to close the loop on brand advertising. Our full-stack platform leverages AI, mobile data, and attribution to deliver measurable outcomes — from purchase intent to foot traffic and offline sales.

We have offices in New York, London, Dnipro, Lviv, Singapore and more — and we’re scaling fast. With over a billion data points processed daily, our technology is pushing the boundaries of what AI can do in a production environment.

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary + annual bonus
  • Flexible remote/hybrid setup (Dnipro/Lviv hubs)
  • Learning budget and career growth support
  • Friendly, transparent culture with strong leadership backing

Hiring process:

  1. Intro with Talent Partner
  2. 30-min with Chief Data Scientist (delivery-focused)
  3. Panel with 2 team leads (culture & collaboration)
  4. Offer – usually within 48 hours of the final round

Ready to turn raw data into insights that shape global ad campaigns?
