Job description

 

Global Home Operations at Allianz Partners delivers high-quality, efficient Home services through global, vertically integrated teams. We drive performance, innovation, and standardization by closely aligning with regional operations and global support functions.

As Workforce & Performance Management Specialist, you will play a key role in aligning Home Operations with global strategies, ensuring consistent performance tracking, efficient workforce planning, and cost control. You will act as a connector between Operations and global functions such as Performance Management, WFM, Finance, Compliance, Fraud, and HR, helping to optimize service delivery across the value chain.

 

What you do

  • Drive performance tracking and reporting across Home Operations using BI tools (PowerBI, Celonis, etc.).

  • Implement workforce planning and forecasting in alignment with global WFM strategy.

  • Monitor KPIs, resource allocation, and operational efficiency across regions.

  • Collaborate with Finance on budget planning and cost control.

  • Act as liaison between Operations and global functions (HR, Compliance, Fraud, Transformation).

  • Foster collaboration across teams and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

 

What you bring

  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business.

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce management, performance management, or operations management (preferably in a contact center environment).

  • Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Cognos, MicroStrategy, Celonis) and workforce systems (e.g., SAP, Verint, Avaya).

  • Working knowledge of Visual Basic and Excel (advanced).

  • Fluent in English; German or Spanish is a plus.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
