Salary: From £25,000 to £28,000.00 per annum, plus commission.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 5:30pm (hybrid position working two days a week from home, upon successful completion of probationary period).

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

As we expand further, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join our Corporate & Build to Rent team, based at our Head Office in Bromley South. 

The successful applicant will be provided with full training and will be working in a team to achieve a wide range of goals. The role will be varied, challenging and rewarding and will offer candidates the opportunity of a long and progressive career within the progressive Build to Rent sector. Candidates for this role will need to be organised administrators and excellent communicators, both verbal and written. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a varied and challenging role within an established and successful business.

Duties will include:

• Managing a portfolio of Build to Rent tenancies throughout the South East 
• Liaising effectively with tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors 
• Liaising with large corporate and investment clients 
• Liaising with lettings’ negotiators across Acorn’s branch network 
• Arranging and monitoring works and repairs 
• Preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices 
• Carrying out property inspections 
• Pursuing outstanding monthly rental payments 
• Negotiating terms of tenancy renewals 
• Mediating between landlords and tenants 
• Handling tenancy deposit returns 
• Assisting with the launch of new sites
