JOB DESCRIPTION:

Individual accountabilities
•Provide technical expertise and support for the design, operation and maintenance of survey systems.

•Implement software products and select appropriate software applications for systems according to business requirements and ensure achievement of results.

•Provide technical expertise in the integration and development of survey systems (LiDAR, GNSS, Inertial and Imaging)

•Undertake spatial data processing (e.g.LiDAR, GPS, GIS and other) activities

•Liaise with project managers and team members to manage priorities and quality

•Coordinate with departments and prepare technical reports, training materials and documentations for end users.

•Complete own Performance Development Plan where requested•Complete Mission Zero Training as directed by line.

Critical Capability Requirements
1. Experience with integration, operation and maintenance of survey systems (inc.LiDAR, GNSS, Inertial and Imaging devices)
2. Understanding of electrical and data communication systems
3. Experience in spatial data processing (e.g.LiDAR, GPS, Inertial and other)
4. Ability to use spatial data platforms and
analyse spatial data (Preferred)
5. Experience in simple scripting and software development (C++, C#, PowerShell, Python, Batch) a plus
6. Experience in working in a customer focused organisation, providing internal and external customer service
7. Experience in setting priorities and meeting deadlines
8. General spatial industry experience desired
9. Experience with using Microsoft Office suite10.Well-developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in working with a team.
