Job description

Job Description:

  • Manage and optimise digital platforms (Web and App) to ensure seamless customer journey and interactions
  • Identify traffic growth potential, conversion rate and customer engagement optimization opportunities on existing customer-facing digital platforms (Web and App), Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement solutions.
  • Perform user acceptance test (UAT) to validate the new solutions against the business requirements. Conduct post-implementation tracking to evaluate performance and impact
  • Analyse customer data and behaviour to generate actionable insights for improving online conversion and customer experience
  • Work closely with BU and IT to ensure high quality content and effective messaging that resonates with target audience
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend innovative strategies

Requirements:

  • Degree in e-Commerce, Information System, Marketing, Business related disciplines
  • At least 5 years experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, E-commerce or digital agency field
  • Proven experience in managing customer-facing Web and Mobile App platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in Google Analytics 4, Google Data Studio and Google Search Console
  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools and methodology
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web technologies will an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written English and Chinese
