Coordinating incoming and outgoing courier packages including local transfer of documents across locations in Calgary.
Assisting with the transfer of data within VISUAL ERP such as Customer Orders, Inventory Transfers and other adhoc information.
Receiving of admin, stationary, services and other office supplies within the ERP against blanket PO’s.
Archiving and organizing documentation as supporting documents in the share drive.
Assist with the tracking of monthly fuel usage and environmental reporting.
Assisting with guests and making arrangements for catering, hard hats and PPE equipment.
Monitoring of the cleaning services at the assigned location including coordination with the cleaners both internal and external.
Troubleshooting including liaison with the coffee supplier, landlord and printers for any issues.
Required Education & Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in an administrative role
Basic Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
Previous experience in Admin Assistant or similar role is as Asset

Position Description
This is 6 months Contract position.
Essential Functions
Maintaining office supplies and copiers
