Job description

Requirement analysis : Gather and analyze requirements from various stakeholders . Co-ordination with different stakeholders to understand the requirements ( Mostly Finance , Risk and Regulatory area )
Process improvement : Identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements in banking processes.
Domain experience : Banking Domain and process.
Data Analysis : Efficient in writing relevant SQL queries to do the Data Analysis
Risk Management & Compliance : Ensuring that new systems and processes comply with regulatory regulations. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Technological advancement : Expertise in both business processes and IT enables them to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation of solutions.

Salary Range- $125,000-$140,000 a year
