Our client, a rapidly growing investment bank based in New York, is seeking a Vice President with a focus on Asset-Backed Finance. This individual will play a key role in originating and executing transactions, leading client engagements. Job Function

Perform financial analyses and valuations on a range of complex loans, structured products, and collateralized instruments.
Conduct in-depth industry research to identify emerging market trends and opportunities.
Facilitate due diligence efforts and support the execution of transaction closings.
Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the firm’s franchise and market presence.

Job Requirements

7 - 12 years of experience in structured products.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience in structuring, trading, or modeling of securitized products is highly desirable.
