We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Communications Coordinator** to join our team in Miami, FL. The successful candidate will support internal and external communication efforts, assist in crafting messages, managing content, and coordinating communication campaigns that align with our brand values.

**Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate and implement internal and external communication strategies
  • Draft and edit company announcements, newsletters, reports, and client materials
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice across all communication channels
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather relevant information and turn it into compelling content
  • Support the execution of events, press releases, and presentations
  • Track communication metrics and prepare performance reports
  • Maintain the company’s communication calendar and ensure timely delivery of materials

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content editing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
