Overview: Singnala is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Rep to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels (phone, email, chat).
Assist customers with product selections, order processing, and account management.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to customers.
Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the appropriate systems.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer needs.
Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous.
