Behavioral Health Clinician - Children Home Based Services
Under the general supervision of the Administrator of Outpatient Services, the Home-Based Children Services Clinician will travel to homes to work with children, ages 7-21, who have serious emotional and behavioral needs and their parents/caregivers and families. The Home-Based Clinician will provide direct therapeutic and case management interventions and services in the home and community. The Clinician will utilize the child and family’s strengths and will assess underlying needs to provide community-based support services for children and their families.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
A Master’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Two (2) years of professional clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or mental health setting.
A minimum of 1 year experience in programs offering child and family services, home visiting services, parent education, family support and referral services.
REQUIRED LICENSE(S).
A Valid State of Michigan clinical licensure: LMSW, LPC, LLP or PhD.
( A Limited License will be accepted)
A valid State of Michigan Driver’s License with a safe and acceptable driving record.
CAADC License preferred.
