Job description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Data Quality Analyst to help ensure the accuracy of healthcare provider data across multiple directories. In this role, you'll audit and update provider profiles, manage large spreadsheets, and support data quality initiatives—all while working closely with our US-based team. Core Tasks:

  • Data review and QA; cross-reference Google Sheet list of approximately 1,500 providers for several directories.
  • Review new health provider profiles on specified directories, with close attention to detail.
  • Audit existing health provider profiles across multiple directories for accuracy of information, with close attention to detail.
  • Flag profile update requests for changes to names, headshots, specialties, etc.
  • Manage spreadsheet tracking and provide daily updates on progress.
  • Escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Perform other ad-hoc data tasks as needed.


Must-haves:

  • Intermediate experience with Google Sheets.
  • Familiar with Slack.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to pivot quickly based on changing priorities.
  • Ability to work US time zones; need some overlap with PST.


Nice-to-haves:

  • Previous quality assurance experience.
  • Able to pull data from various sources and sort, compile, and transpose in Google Sheets.
  • Experience with healthcare clients, mental health, and HIPAA.
