Job Title: Operations Intern (1-month Internship: Leading to a Job)
Reports To: Head of Operations
Compensation: PKR 15,000 per month
Mode: Hybrid

Role Overview

The Operations Intern keeps Edversity’s daily engine running. You’ll coordinate across Design, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships, making sure every team has what it needs while maintaining smooth workflows and airtight communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track tasks in Jira and ensure timely completion.
  • Organize agendas, document action items, and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Track operational metrics and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators.
  • Assist in implementing and refining operational policies and workflows.
  • Support event logistics, including webinars, hackathons, and career fairs.
  • Build monthly social-media content calendars.
  • Draft ad copy, blog posts, and LinkedIn articles that reflect Edversity’s voice.
  • Write scripts for Reels; schedule posts and Stories via approved tools.
  • Identify roadblocks across departments and drive solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant previous experience is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Canva, & Jira) and willingness to learn CRM/LMS systems. 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Passion for education, technology, and helping others succeed.
  • Excellent organizational habits, self-discipline, and reliability in a remote setup.
Employment Terms
  • Hybrid, 40 hours/week.
  • Initial 1-month probation with performance review at term end.
  • Opportunity for extension or conversion to full-time role based on results.
