Job description

Our Client, a global Pharmaceutical Company, seeks an IT Program Manager with Pharma/Healthcare background, to oversee multiple projects; including, but not limited to Salesforce implementations and Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving complex and transformational programs through disciplined project/program management and change management strategies. The selected candidate will manage various customer-focused projects, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute their program's initiatives.

This is a remote, contractual position with occasional travel, supporting the client's EST hours.

Job Description:

Guide overall strategy for ongoing implementations with detailed planning and thorough research
Partner with cross-functional teammates to drive workgroup alignment meetings to address tactical release issues, dependencies, team status, production issues, metrics review, achievements, etc. (cross-functional - Product Owners, Scrum Leads, UX, CX)
Provide monthly program reviews and updates at sprint reviews (deep dive into the current state of project goals, risks, and critical issues)
Utilize Salesforce expertise to oversee the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions tailored to the healthcare sector
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program outcomes and address potential challenges that may impact project delivery
Manage the budget for the Salesforce initiatives
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including: timelines, milestones and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

Pharma Experience Required
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance and standards such as PHI, PII
5+ years of Salesforce implementations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven experience in technical Project/Program management or Solutions Architecture, with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture
5+ years of successfully implementing and managing SaaS product development programs; strong knowledge of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle
