What you'll focus on

Control and Monitor Warehouse Operations Performance.
Communicate and Coordinate with Warehouse Service Provider.
Communicate and Coordinate with other LOCAD departments.
Data gathering and analysis of performance.
Anticipate and identify risks and issues and take the necessary preventive actions and escalate to team members.
Planning and execution of projects.
Report Performance of assigned performance using gathered data, interpretation of the data, and the actions taken.

What you bring

Experience Level: Was a Junior Supervisor or Supervisor Level for a year from the previous job.
Experience Background: Warehouse Operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management). Better if from an E-Commerce operation.
Additional Competencies:

Data gathering and analysis
Presentation Skills
Communication skills; both written (email, chat) and verbal (face-to-face, in call)
Background in using Warehouse Management Systems
Competency in using office tools and suites (google suites, Microsoft suites, etc.)
