The opportunity

Are you a Learning professional within the Patient Hub or Healthcare Services industry looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

As a Learning Consultant, working within our Two Labs business, you will play a vital role in transforming knowledge into impact, working closely with clients to design, develop, and deliver innovative learning and development programs that truly make a difference. From identifying training needs and defining learning objectives to creating engaging content and evaluating program effectiveness, you'll ensure every learning experience drives performance and supports strategic goals.

Role responsibilities

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and support.
• Partner with client stakeholders to uncover business needs and craft tailored, impactful training solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, performance data, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client training needs related to our products and services.
• Apply your expertise in instructional design, delivery, and leadership to drive meaningful learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training materials align with client expectations and goals.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with emerging trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Lead end-to-end project management, from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment.
• Bring fresh thinking to the table by identifying and embedding innovative learning strategies.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

• 4+ years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing impactful training programs
• At least 2 years of experience in the patient hub or healthcare services industry
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and agile learning project management is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them effectively
• Experience in curriculum design, development, and implementation
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Skilled at building consensus, driving collaboration, and aligning teams around shared goals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with cross-functional teams

Salary range (for US roles only) - $66,160 - $90,000

The provided salary range reflects the potential base salary for this role in the United States, considering factors such as your professional and academic experience, training, and role responsibilities. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer an attractive total compensation benefits package designed to reward and support our people.
