Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst Entry Level

Required Experience: 0-1 Years

Job Duration: 12 Months

Job Location: Multiple Locations Across the USA (Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, Lansing MI, Atlanta GA, Boston, MA, Pennsylvania, PA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops with stakeholders.
• Analyze and model existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Create process flow diagrams, use cases, user stories, and wireframes.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating outcomes.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in issue tracking.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
