Job Description

What you will do:

You will report into the Head of Analytics Delivery - EMEA & APAC

  • Define clear goals and objectives for each direct employee
  • Ensure that each team member has regular performance reviews, career conversations, and a structured career development plan
  • Monitor performance and improvements of team in key metrics and take corrective actions when necessary
  • Lead the recruitment process for the assigned team in partnership with Talent Acquisition
  • Ensure that team follows internal policies and best practices
  • Be a main point of contact and escalation for the external stakeholders of the team
  • Ensure that the vision of the team is aligned with the vision of the senior management for the business unit they are part of and for Experian as a whole
  • Manage risks and issues with either effective mitigations or recovery plans in place
  • Be accountable for all projects that are executed in the team

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in People management
  • Fluent English
  • University degree with a high numerical content (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge in project management principles
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
  • Conflict resolution and risk management skills
