As Director of the Program Management Office (PMO), you will lead the strategic execution engine of the company. You will be responsible for establishing and scaling a high-performing PMO that oversees cross-functional, high-impact programs across engineering, sales, finance, customer success, supply chain, and the executive leadership team. This role ensures alignment between company objectives and execution, promotes governance, and drives predictable program delivery across product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market functions.
You will play a key role in shaping how programs are prioritized, tracked, and communicated, and you will be instrumental in delivering value to customers through tightly coordinated product and solution deployments. This position requires a deep understanding of both hardware and software product lifecycles, and an ability to navigate and drive alignment across technical and business domains in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
