Project Manager – Network & Data Center (Remote, USA)

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience of hyperscalers to lead network and data center build/decommission projects. Ideal candidates thrive in complex infrastructure environments, are hands-on with troubleshooting, and excel at delivering full project lifecycles on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery: Lead multiple infrastructure projects using Indigo Telecom’s methodology. Manage plans, risks, and ensure successful closure.
Client Engagement: Serve as the main contact, maintain strong relationships, and ensure timely approvals.
Planning & Reporting: Forecast resources, track metrics, and conduct reviews.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and support billing and cash flow.
Resource Coordination: Allocate internal/external teams and oversee vendor procurement.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to SHEQ standards and conduct QA audits.

Requirements

Proven experience in telecom project delivery, especially network/data center builds.
Strong technical understanding and ability to manage engineering work packages.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
