As a Principal Product Manager for Relationship Intelligence, you'll lead one of our most strategically important product domains - the relationship intelligence engine that powers Affinity's CRM and operating platform for private capital.
You'll own the vision and execution for how we map, analyze, and surface relationship insights to unlock our core value drivers. This includes ownership of unique and complex solutions for entity creation and resolution; automated activity tracking; and both implicit and explicit relationship mapping, leveraging AI and both public and proprietary data sources.
In this role, you will own the product roadmap and be responsible for measuring customer and business impact. You will partner with cross-functional teams to conduct research, run experiments, lead teams through design and engineering sprints, define success metrics, measure impact and ultimately ship solutions with the biggest impact on user outcomes.

Please note that the role compensation details below reflect the base salary only and do not include any equity or benefits. This represents the salary range that Affinity believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting, that it will pay for the posted job.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $145,400 to $225,000 CAD. Within the range, individual pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant.
