Key responsibilities:

  • Support a portfolio of Australian SMEs as their main accounting contact.
  • Ensure quality control of bookkeeping work and coordinate with the team.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to address questions and gather necessary data.
  • Coordinate quarterly BAS submissions and handle other ad-hoc accounting duties.

  2. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service
  3. FinTech payments: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses

Requirements

What the role is about:

  • Support a portfolio of Australian SMEs, being their point of contact for everything accounting-related, and ensuring smooth sailing of our operations - you are a true business partner to them
  • Be the point of contact for anything accounting-related for your clients
  • Control the work quality delivered by the bookkeeping team
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure that all of their questions are addressed and that we have all the data we need to deliver our work - providing them peace of mind
  • Coordinate quarterly BAS submissions and other ad-hoc accounting-related duties

Who you are:

  • At least 3 years of Australian Accounting experience, communicating directly with clients;
  • Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent and either CA, CPA, or CIMA qualified, or be actively working towards these certifications;
  • EXPERT level in Excel, Xero, Dext, A2X…
  • HIGHLY attentive to detail
