We are looking for an IT Procurement Specialist to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Procurement of licenses and equipment for the company;
Collaboration with vendors and distributors;
Communication with internal departments to identify procurement needs;
Research suppliers of goods and services;
Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts;
Track inventory levels and submit purchase orders as needed;
Recommend new products, services, or materials in line with industry trends;
Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities;
Manage procurement documentation and reporting;
Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Essential professional experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
Strong negotiation and analytical skills;
Knowledge of procurement processes, logistics, and inventory management;
Experience working with international vendors and distributors is a plus;
Ability to manage large volumes of information and handle multiple tasks;
Proficiency in Excel;
Upper-intermediate English and Native Ukrainian are required.
