As a Program Manager – Technical Enablement, Quality Alliance, you will manage implementation and maintenance of designated programs. You will plan, develop, and maintain systems and procedures to support operational efficiency and program goals. Acting as a liaison between the department and external communities, you will foster collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. You will also serve as a coach and mentor to team members within the department, promoting professional development. Additionally, you will participate in the budgetary process, providing input on planning and resource allocation. This position is a remote role, but you will need to come into the Independence West Creek office occasionally and for two weeks for training.

This caregiver works remotely from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with occasional evening shifts. Candidates are required to travel to Independence West Creek in Independence OH, a few times a year and for two weeks of training.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Work with different data vendors.and support and be the key contact for external vendors.

  • Function as relationship manager for the system, giving people access to office managers and structures in those practices.

  • Support the CCF manager in overseeing technical portals used by departments.

  • Work with external systems (vendors) to transmit billing or EMR data into the portal.

  • Review performance scores by specialty and partners with Arcadia to ensure data is processed correctly and is accessible for review.

  • Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities.

  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.

  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.

  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements.

  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

  • Review and monitors adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and five years of related experience OR Master’s degree and four years of experience.

  • Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development

  • Strong presentation, communication and training skills

  • Familiar with healthcare and patient flow

  • Excel experience

  • Training, EMR, integration experience

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Experience in a healthcare setting

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics

  • CRM and basic SQL skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. 

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.  

  • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.  

  • In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.  

  • In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
