About the Role
Our Internal Audit team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Senior Manager to join our vast community of solvers. You’ll help Australian businesses create value and enhance their operational effectiveness. From streamlining processes to ensuring compliance and governance, together we address pivotal challenges.
Internal Audit brings this to life by assisting clients in safeguarding and optimising every aspect of their business; from governance structures to operational performance, control systems to strategic plans, and risk management to business continuity.
Our emphasis is on helping organisations gain deeper insights and anticipate future challenges. We leverage our knowledge of an organisation’s objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk management landscape, as well as the diverse expectations of their key stakeholders, to improve and embed robust controls. The team delivers value on client engagements through comprehensive and complex auditing practices.
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Identifying critical areas for risk management and process improvement by assessing organizational systems, objectives, risks, control frameworks, and regulatory environments
Creating and executing comprehensive audit test plans
Drafting insightful reports detailing findings and observations
In our Internal Audit Team, your impact will be seen by:
Leading teams to develop and implement effective internal audit and risk management strategies for our clients
Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with clients
Coaching and mentoring colleagues, fostering strong internal relationships
Contributing to the growth and success of your team and clients through leadership
Driving the development of methodologies that ensure compliance and enhance business performance
