About the Role

Our Operations Transformation team is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for two Senior Managers to join our vibrant community of problem solvers. The Operations Transformation team embodies our purpose by cultivating a diverse and ambitious group that drives creative solutions to tackle our clients’ most critical challenges.

We partner with top ASX organisations, not-for-profits, and private clients, blending strategy and technical expertise to achieve remarkable business transformations. We are seeking visionary leaders to uplift our team, assisting clients in optimising operations, reducing costs, managing risks, harnessing talent, and fundamentally transforming their businesses. You’ll leverage your skills to tackle complex issues in:

  • Understanding unique client needs as a trusted advisor

  • Enhancing efficiency and solving organisational problems

  • Providing commercial insights based on qualitative and quantitative analysis

  • Developing cutting-edge technology strategies to add value and propel change

  • Assessing clients' readiness for technology-driven transformation

  • Transforming business architectures and operating models

In our Operations Transformation team, your impact will be evident by:

  • Forming part of cross-functional project teams and collaborating with client stakeholders

  • Conducting analysis, formulating insights, and delivering high-quality outcomes

  • Helping clients define strategies and improve processes through digital technologies

  • Crafting high-quality project deliverables and assisting with proposals and thought leadership

Requirements

  • Background in business and technology strategy consulting

  • Experience in ICT business cases or Tech Operating Model development and implementation

  • Understanding of technology architecture and leadership decision facilitation

  • Substantial experience in trends, relevant technologies and projects, particularly in the Financial Services Market

  • Proven success in contributing to projects, building stakeholder relationships

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and presentation abilities

  • Collaborative mindset for delivering client solutions alongside other PwC capabilities
