Description Overview

Join the new Perrigo Artwork Hub—a purpose-built team powering end-to-end artwork creation, from strategy to execution and regulatory excellence. You’ll deliver high-quality, on-time artwork using KPIs to continually optimise our processes. Work hand-in-hand across Marketing, Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain to elevate our branded portfolio.

 

The Lead Artwork Coordinator PBS is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the layout, design, and production of artwork to support the artwork team. This role ensures accurate artwork builds, serves as the primary point person for artwork production, and provides direction and training to other coordinators.

 

We currently offer a hybrid working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

Scope of the Role
  • Provide artwork and packaging support to ensure artwork build is accurate.
  • Serve as the primary point person for layout, design, and production of artwork.
  • Enter job and art-specific data into job tracking system.
  • Identify and elevate design and printing issues, follow up on problem resolution.
  • Provide administrative support to artwork management.
  • Provide direction and training to other coordinators.
Experience Required
  • High School or vocational qualification.
  • Knowledge of Artwork Management Systems (AMS) such as esko WebCenter, SAP, or similar systems.
  • Strong communication, people management, and leadership skills.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and take initiatives.
  • Good organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
