Part time positions - Special Scientist/Instructors - Cyprus College Limassol

Cyprus College Limassol is seeking to fill part time positions of Special Scientists/Instructors for its “Computer Science program”.  We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic professionals to teach in the following disciplines:

• Programming (Python, C#, C++, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence
• Cybersecurity

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow the learning and teaching processes as directed by the decisions of the College’s Council.
• Adhere to the academic learning model set by the College and deliver the curriculum accordingly.
• Provide academic support and mentorship to students in their education at the College.
• Collaborate with other College departments that have an impact on students’ learning experience and curriculum implementation.
• Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures and practical sessions in the respective subject areas (Taught in Greek).
• Develop instructional materials and assessments tailored to students’ academic levels.
• Stay updated with current trends and integrate new technologies into the curriculum.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field.
• Practical experience in software development, AI/ML applications, or information security, depending on the position.
• Effective communication skills in Greek and English.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively, both in theory and lab settings.
• Technology-oriented.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Very good interpersonal skills.
• Innovative.
• Team worker.
• Emotionally intelligent.
