Business Support Analyst

Company: GoTeam

Location: Philippines | Remote

Schedule: 11:00 PM–8:00 AM PH Time (US Timezone)

Salary: PHP 45,000– 50,000


Summary:

The Business Support Analyst plays a vital role in enhancing clarity, efficiency, and collaboration as the company grows, transforming ideas into actionable plans that help teams work better together. Use your analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities in a high-impact role where you’ll drive faster, smarter decision-making every day.


Key Duties:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive projects forward, develop solutions, and document issues across the business.
  • Plan and set agendas for meetings, ensuring thorough preparation of all necessary documentation.
  • Capture discussions and meeting outcomes accurately, document action items, and distribute them for timely follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, define milestones, and set clear due dates to ensure accountability.
  • Document and visualize process improvements and enhancements, enabling teams to adopt changes efficiently.
  • Leverage technical platforms to implement and coordinate process changes and improvements.
  • Manage multiple priorities within project plans, establish realistic timelines, secure stakeholder buy-in, and escalate issues when necessary using sound judgment.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to business partners through presentations, written documents, and verbal updates in plain language.
  • Support company acquisitions by documenting due diligence, completing required legal paperwork for licenses, and coordinating with vendors and partners.
  • Facilitate meetings with senior staff and executives, directly communicate, plan agendas, and capture meeting minutes with precision.
  • Engage with team members to identify, build, and document best practices across core business processes.
  • Take initiative to handle daily operational tasks, demonstrating a hands-on, solution-focused approach.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience coordinating projects and translating issues into clear, actionable tasks
  • Highly analytical mindset paired with the creativity to design and implement innovative, non-traditional solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and present data to drive informed business decisions
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proven strengths in negotiation, influencing, and building collaboration
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the initiative to deliver results both independently and with a team
  • Flexible and willing to step into new responsibilities as business needs evolve

Essential Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creation of complex spreadsheets
  • Proficiency with Tableau for data analysis and visualization
  • Strong skills in using Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and reporting

Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
