Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Admin Assistant for Revenue Generation Team)

Work Schedule: Nightshift | 8:00 PM–5:00 AM PH Time

Salary: PHP 25,000 - PHP 35,000


Summary (Why this Role Matters):

The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the Revenue Generation Team’s daily operations run efficiently. This position is essential for streamlining processes and enabling effective communication, contributing significantly to team success and client satisfaction.


Key Duties:

  • Manage email and calendar communications, scheduling internal and external meetings, calls, and events.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, preparing and sharing relevant materials and agendas in advance.
  • Take clear, concise meeting notes and distribute them to relevant recipients.
  • Assist with data entry, expense tracking, document formatting, and report preparation.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and update records for easy access.
  • Support onboarding of new clients by coordinating collection of required documents and contracts.
  • Manage vendor invoices and payments, ensuring timely processing.
  • Handle password and access protocols to secure team resources.
  • Order team supplies, promotional materials, and client gifts for virtual events.
  • Assist in tracking team projects, providing necessary administrative support.
  • Oversee scheduling of team members’ performance reviews.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for increased team efficiency.
  • Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Skills & Experience (Overview):

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting sales, marketing, or business development teams.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a virtual environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with virtual tools like Zoom is preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong customer service mindset with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Education & Training Required:

  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum two years’ administrative experience.
