Job Title: Recruiter
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)
Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 4 hours overlapping with U.S. Central Time, specifically from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (CST), Monday through Friday.

Position Overview:

We're seeking a driven Recruiter to help grow skilled trades teams across the U.S. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting remotely, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and celebrating hires. If you thrive in high-volume, blue-collar recruiting and know how to make candidates feel seen (even through a screen), we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit HVAC technicians, plumbers, installers, and office staff via digital platforms.
  • Manage the full recruitment funnel: job postings, applicant screening, assessments, offers, and onboarding prep.
  • Proactively follow up with candidates through text, WhatsApp, calls, and DMs, whatever it takes to stay engaged.
  • Conduct outreach to trade schools, veteran job boards, and relevant online communities (e.g., Facebook groups).
  • Track time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics in an ATS or spreadsheet.
  • Promote company culture and values in every candidate touchpoint.


Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience recruiting skilled-trade or high-volume hourly roles (remote experience preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); confident video presence.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Jobs, Indeed, LinkedIn, and similar trade job boards.
  • Reliable internet, computer, and headset setup.
  • Availability to work 8 a.m.-12 p.m. CST (minimum), Monday-Friday.
  • Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience recruiting in HVAC, plumbing, or other skilled trades.
  • Spanish proficiency.
  • Familiarity with U.S. veteran hiring programs or networks.
