Bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders, health sciences, psychology, biological sciences, or a related field PLUS three (3) years of experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective time management with the ability to prioritize and work independently
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to move tasks forward
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with diverse team members
Demonstrates professionalism and fosters a respectful, positive work environment
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on study needs
Manual dexterity to operate computers, eye-tracking equipment, and office equipment
Visual acuity to conduct assessments, monitor participants, and analyze data on screens and video
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in speech-language pathology, psychology, education, occupational therapy, social work, counseling, or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience required.
Relevant experience may include, but is not limited to: Grant administration, working with autistic children or individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and conducting research involving vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities:
Implement research protocols and maintain study timelines.
Recruit and schedule participants and community advisory board (CAB) members.
Operate and maintain eye-tracking technology.
Coordinate and organize CAB meetings, including logistics and materials.
Maintain accurate study records and databases.
Communicate with families, students, and interdisciplinary team members.
Attend grant-related meetings and coordinate with internal departments.
Assist with data entry, quality control checks, and dissemination efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
