Job description

Transform Lives, Not Just Process Applications

At Alpha, we're revolutionizing education from the very first interaction. As our Admissions Representative, you'll be the crucial bridge connecting forward-thinking families with life-changing educational opportunities. This isn't about managing a queue of applicants—it's about orchestrating transformative moments that shape futures.

Every conversation you facilitate represents a family at a crossroads, seeking guidance for their child's educational journey. You'll provide that steady, knowledgeable presence—answering questions with insight, addressing concerns with empathy, and coordinating experiences that showcase our unique approach to learning.

In our dynamic, results-driven environment, you'll thrive by turning complex admissions processes into seamless journeys. Your meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and genuine passion for helping families will make every interaction feel personal, considered, and special—all without making the final admissions decisions yourself.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with prospective families through responsive, personalized phone and email communications
  • Orchestrate compelling campus experiences by arranging tours that showcase Alpha's unique educational approach
  • Design and implement student shadow days that give families authentic insight into the Alpha experience
  • Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot to ensure seamless follow-up and relationship management
  • Embody and articulate Alpha's educational vision and values in every interaction

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Determining admissions outcomes or modifying established school guidelines
  • Taking a reactive approach—your success depends on proactive engagement and follow-through
  • Relying on generic communications—each family deserves personalized attention
  • Working independently—you'll be an integral part of a collaborative team environment
  • Delivering monotonous, scripted interactions—authentic, thoughtful communication is essential

Admissions Representative Key Responsibilities

Create exceptional admissions journeys that inspire confidence in Alpha's educational approach, building lasting relationships with families through superior communication, careful coordination, and unwavering attention to detail—ultimately converting interested prospects into enrolled students.

Basic Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities that build trust and convey information clearly
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in roles requiring significant customer or family interaction
  • Demonstrated capacity to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and reliability
  • Natural phone presence combining warmth, professionalism, and active listening skills
  • U.S.-based with authorization to work without requiring visa sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Background in educational admissions, hospitality management, or operational coordination
  • Practical experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Previous work coordinating campus activities or engaging with families in environments requiring discretion and trust
