We are representing a fast-scaling Fintech firm specialising in high-value escrow and cross-border payment solutions for international businesses and HNW clients. Backed by a strong regulatory foundation and global infrastructure, they serve as a trusted financial intermediary for transactions in luxury markets including private aviation, marine, real estate, and alternative assets.
With offices across the UK, Dubai, and internationally, the business is entering a period of aggressive growth and is seeking to hire a senior commercial professional to own and expand their relationships within the luxury asset vertical.
Role Summary
This is a strategic 360 sales role focused on building relationships with organisations involved in the sale, brokerage, or manufacturing of high-value goods including private jets, yachts, helicopters, and supercars. You will identify, pitch, and close escrow-based payment solutions with buyers, sellers, brokers, and asset managers who require a secure, regulated financial layer for complex transactions.
Your role will involve high-touch consultative selling, nurturing referral partners, and owning the full sales lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with compliance, onboarding, and operations teams to ensure smooth client experience and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients in the luxury asset ecosystem (aviation, yachting, auto, art, and collectables).
- Identify and engage brokers, manufacturers, and agents as both direct clients and referral partners.
- Consult with prospects on complex, cross-border transaction needs and recommend bespoke escrow/payment structures.
- Own the full sales process: prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and close.
- Represent the company at targeted trade shows, networking events, and private client functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, KYC/compliance alignment, and post-sale experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years B2B sales experience in luxury asset sectors such as private aviation, yacht brokerage, high-end real estate, or escrow/cross-border financial services.
- Existing network of clients or partners in sectors such as private jet sales/charters, yacht sales, helicopter leasing, or luxury brokers.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-value consultative sales environment.
Skills & Attributes
- Commercially driven, self-motivated, and able to build relationships with HNW clients and niche industries.
- Ability to understand and explain complex financial or escrow services to clients with varying levels of financial expertise.
- Highly organised with experience managing long and sometimes multi-party deal cycles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable in an autonomous, remote-first working environment with cross-border teams.
