Position Summary
The Vice President Digital Health and Analytics is responsible for assessing business priorities and developing a strategy and associated technology roadmap to enable Digital Health and Analytics initiatives for FFF Enterprises business segments. This role advises senior executives and directs the teams to execute plans to deliver technology solutions and drive adoption to maximize value creation.
Essential Functions and Duties
- Works with business senior executives to align technology solutions with business strategies
- Develop and execute strategies and roadmap to meet Digital Health and Analytic needs
- Advises business executives on the risks and benefits of using technology to build competitive advantage and improve business performance
- Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with established IT standards and business objectives
- Manage budgets and resource allocation, ensuring alignment of technology to business needs
- Lead teams that develop digital platform, analytic solutions, and applications within healthcare/life sciences, enabling healthcare transformation and improving patient experiences
- Manage external consulting partners to ensure they deliver cost effective high value solutions
- Plan and direct data science / machine learning projects within the team
- Lead, mentor and grow data science teams and solutions within the organization
- Aptitude to learn new technical subjects and emerging technologies and articulate their business implications
- Deliver effective verbal and written communications to technical and business stakeholders
- Discuss technical concepts, issues and ideas with technology and business stakeholders by initiating collaborative discussions, public speaking forums, and presentations
- Provide the senior leadership necessary to overcome obstacles, achieve success, and be a role model for the development of other employees within the organization
- Measure and report progress against key deliverables and business objectives
- Champion continual quality improvement consistent with FFF’s core values

Qualifications
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field of study; or four (4) years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Required Experience
- Experience with dimensional, logical and physical data modeling.
- Minimum of ten (10) or more years [fourteen (14) for non-degreed candidates] of relevant work experience.
- Minimum of five (5) or more years of management experience including both resource and project management.
- At least five (5) years of hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools
- At least five (5) or more years Database programming.
- At least five (5) or more years advanced analytics using industry standard tools to augment and expand data analysis capabilities.

- Advanced PC knowledge including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, and MS Project
Physical requirements
Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for long periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. Must be able to travel. The employee occasionally lifts up to 20 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Working condition include normal office setting.

Must be able to pay close attention to detail and be able to work as a member of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
