Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our field operations and maintaining strong client relationships by ensuring accurate, timely, and thorough account management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scrub new accounts, including license plate information, LPR scans, and basic skip tracing.
  • Monitor and follow up on spotted vehicles with field agents for timely updates.
  • Update account details based on client requests and ensure accuracy across platforms.
  • Review Clearplan for “New Info Needed” and “Concluded” accounts; gather and input additional information as needed.
  • Monitor the “New Updates” section in RDN for client and agent communications.
  • Track the status of stored vehicles and ensure all necessary reporting is complete.
  • Forward and follow up on post-recovery requests to ensure client satisfaction and compliance.

  • Proven ability to research thoroughly and provide clear, actionable solutions.
  • Proactive mindset with a drive to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of client relationships.
  • Strong note-taking and documentation skills; able to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in client services, account coordination, or operations support.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Clearplan and RDN is a plus.
  • Background in logistics, repossession, or asset recovery industries is advantageous.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

20 - 22 USD per hour(Remote)
