Your Responsibilities:

• Development: Design, develop, and implement customized SAP solutions for production processes

• System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP production modules and other business systems

• Support: Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for production-related SAP issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

• Process Optimization: Analyze existing production solutions and recommend SAP-based improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs

• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, development specifications and test plans

• Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants and end-users to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions

• Testing and Deployment: Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and ensure smooth deployment of new SAP functionalities

• Projects: Assisting the project manager and team or being the sub-project manager regarding conceptualization, planning, execution, and follow-up.

Your Profile:

• You have completed an academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or other comparable qualifications

• Proven professional experience as an SAP Developer with expertise in production-related modules e.g. SAP PP, MM, CS, PM, EWM. SAP DMC is a plus

• Strong skills in ABAP programming, including ALV reports, BAPIs, BADIs, IDocs

• Experience with SAP Fiori, UI5 development, BTP, SAP Joule and other AI capabilities is an advantage

• Expertise in agile methodology

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• You have a high level of social and communication skills and a structured way of working

• You have a high sense of responsibility and reliability and you are willing to travel (10-20%)

• Ability to work in an international, multicultural and decentral team 

• You are fluent in both spoken and written German and English
