Prism Health is the only nonprofit LGBTQIA+ health center providing comprehensive primary care, behavioral healthcare, and pharmacy services in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon, Washington, and Idaho). Since opening its doors in 2017, Prism Health has become a model for culturally specific care and now serves over 1,500 patients with a wide range of services, from day-to-day primary care and pharmacy needs to targeted services like gender-affirming care and specialized population health screenings. Prism Health, Our House, Tod’s Corner and Esthers Pantry are all apart of CAP. To learn more about us please visit CAP, Prism Health and Our House.
Prism Health and Cascade AIDS Project are excited to announce that we are hiring a skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APPs). APPs provide primary medical care to LGBTQ+ and other patients, including gender affirming care and HIV/AIDS care. APPs report to the Medical Director of Clinical Leadership.
This is a full-time role working in our Portland clinic on SE Belmont Ave or N. Morris St, adjacent to Legacy Emmanuel Hospital. Clinic and work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. A full-time schedule includes 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of admin time each week. Most practitioners work 4 days per week in the clinic, taking their admin time as a work from home day.
Starting pay is $150,354.84 to $159,376.13/year, which is equivalent to $72.28 to $76.62/hour.
Who You Are
