WHAT YOU'LL DO
Our Plant Operations team makes ideas a reality. They work hard to ensure our refreshing, flavorful beverages are bottled safely and on time.
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Direct Reports: None
Location: Onsite at our Preston, WA plant 5-6 days a week
Core Hours: Monday-Friday 3:30 AM -12:00 PM
Discretionary Bonus Potential: Up to $900 bi-annually. Eligibility is based on Plant and Company profitability.
Hourly Rate: $42.00 - $49.00/hour + shift differential for hours worked outside of 1st shift
Note: New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.
Program electronic components such as computers, VFDs, PLCs, and other modules.
Manage the plant’s electrical needs, including installation of new equipment, as well as maintenance, repair, and rebuild of existing machinery.
Troubleshoot and track progress on open work orders, ensuring timely resolution of issues, escalating to plant partners as necessary.
Solicit and evaluate bids for special projects.
Coordinate, supervise, evaluate and assign work to subcontractors.
Conduct scheduled audits of all electrical systems in the plant and develop action plans to maintain compliance with current NEC, which may necessitate the interaction with government agencies as well as other inspection groups.
Install and repair electrical panels, motors, starters, and other electrical components.
Maintain a safe, sanitary environment.
Serve on cross functional committees and task forces, assisting in the training of new plant team members.
Abide by Good Manufacturing Practices regulations.
Inform direct and indirect supervision of any critical matters immediately.
Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, notifying immediate supervisor of any food safety and/or quality issues.
Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING
High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience in PLCs or a certificate of training in process control and automation, with a focus in PLCs.
High comfort level reading electrical and mechanical diagrams.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.

FMLA qualifying Rain Makers receive six weeks of paid parental leave. Parents get to spend time at home bonding with their new addition (whether it arrives by birth, fostering, or adoption). For birth mothers, additional time is provided for medical leave. Depending on the state in which you reside, additional time may also be available for parents who do not require medical leave.
Flexibility Stipend. For eligible Rain Makers, spend this extra monthly stipend as you wish, but know it’s intended to contribute to things like your phone, internet or other business uses while working remotely or needs outside of normal working hours.
Relocation: Relocation Available (when available)
Onsite and Hybrid Employees: Get paid to carpool! Drive to work with another Rain Maker every week at least 2X a week and receive $0.25 per mile.
