The Organizational Development Pillar strengthens climate organizations by offering tailored organizational development support, talent pipeline investments, strategic and programmatic guidance to Growald grantees. Through high-touch engagements and field-wide initiatives—including shared services, convenings, and thought leadership—we help build effective, sustainable, and learning-driven organizations. Our work also fosters a robust ecosystem of service providers equipped to meet diverse organizational needs of civil society. Ultimately, we aim to ensure climate organizations have the capacity, leadership, and culture required to thrive in pursuit of their missions.
About the Role
The Program Associate, Organizational Development (OD) is responsible for providing high-level administrative and grant processing support to the OD Pillar. The Associate will assist with reviewing proposals, preparing reports, and managing service contracts. They will act as an administration point of contact to grantees guiding them to key resources to effectively navigate their grant journey with GCF.

This is a full-time role based either remotely in the Bay Area, CA or our Brookline, MA office.
The starting salary range for this position is $70,000-$78,000.

Compensation
Growald Climate Fund offers competitive salaries annually benchmarked against a thousand other philanthropic non profit grant making foundations.
