Job Summary:


Itential is looking for a Technical Program Coordinator or Technical Project Manager to join our world-class revenue team focused on net-new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts. Providing coordination and support for Itential Products during customer evaluations for both pre and post sales engagements. This role is technical in nature. The applicant should be able to understand how modern networks work and be able to speak to roles of networking devices as well as understand network use cases. Should be comfortable communicating Itential software value as it relates to our customers and their application of our technology.

Duties/Responsibilities:


The role is responsible for communication and coordination of Itential Products in an evaluation phase, including preparation, execution and documentation of activities accomplished during evaluation. You will be expected to be the subject matter expert in explaining what each evaluation product means in terms of the prospect/customer experience as well as requirements for success. Ensuring the prospect or customer has the optimal experience through our team will be the key objective of this role. Regular responsibilities of the Program Coordinator include:

  • A SME of Itential Software (Platform, Gateway, SaaS), Evaluations Products, Itential’s Marketplace (Adapters and Automations), Evaluation Deployment Validated Designs
  • Weekly tracking and reporting of work efforts within Jira as well as sales pipeline activities in QuickSight 
  • Verifying Salesforce activities are documented as expected to maintain a dashboard of activities for leadership visibility
  • Weekly status reports to leadership of upcoming/current evaluations for which the POC team is supporting
  • Consistent communication with prospects on requirements for their upcoming evaluation with Itential products
  • Clear communication with Solutions Engineers as well as Account Executives of status of their evaluation at all stages of execution (preparation, execution, & readout)
  • Verification of resources based on availability and experience working with specific vendors/domains
  • Coordination of POC preparation calls, maintaining an active register of all action items to guarantee all success criteria are met
  • Troubleshooting timing/availability of Evaluation program execution during high-volume periods
  • Administer POC preparation tasks such as creating Confluence POC/Workshop logs, Slack channels for the evaluation, kanban of prospect/customer target use cases and integrations, and ensuring that the Itential CloudOps Team has all details required for instantiating Itential SaaS instance (when applicable)
  • Creation of Readout draft PowerPoint presentation for each POC, capturing use cases and integrations accomplished and timeline in which they were completed
  • Management of all Outlook invitations as it relates to the preparation (internal as well as external), execution of the evaluation as well as readout 
  • Support for miscellaneous presentations to the organization on team accomplishments and roadmap
  • Utilize additional tools at a proficient level: MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, Webex, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Amazon QuickSight, etc.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Technical knowledge of customer domains for Itential product usage such as the networking appliances, vendors, and infrastructure.
  • Meticulous tracking of multiple accounts/prospects to ensure they are on track for executing their evaluation in the timeframe expressed by the Revenue Team
  • Demonstrable communication and presentation skills with strong business acumen

Education & Certification Requirements

  • B.S. Degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 
  • Current certification(s) in project management methodologies such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), or equivalent Agile/Scrum certification.
