The Opportunity

Join Adobe as a Senior B2B Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager
We’re looking for a GTM leader to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Adobe Digital Media products, with a focus on small and medium business customers. In this role, you will develop and implement sales strategies, collaborate closely with sales teams, and build go-to-market plans that boost pipeline and improve performance across channels.

What you'll Do

  • Own and implement GTM strategies to drive new customer acquisition, expansion, and upsell for DMe offerings, with a focus on small and medium businesses.
  • Develop new business opportunities and influence prioritization of rolling GTM plans including ideation of projects and deliverables to support the GTM plans and financial goals and important metrics.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional partners including ICX Sellers, Product Marketing, Sales & Marketing Operations, Marketing, Analytics Teams, and other collaborators to ensure a seamless customer journey and flawless campaign execution.
  • Apply data-driven insights to optimize marketing conversions and generate leads and opportunities that result in significant ARR impact.
  • Build and maintain GTM Quarterly and Annual planning

What you need to succeed

  • Practical experience in Product, Marketing, Ecommerce/Sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing/go-to-market strategies in a high-paced environment.
  • Outstanding skills in developing and implementing product and sales go-to-market plans, to delivering results.
  • Partnership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to accurately identify critical metrics and measure success through pipeline conversion data.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,700 -- $213,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
