Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) offers an excellent opportunity to join our energetic, and collaborative environment in support of our organization. Our procurement department manages all procurements in support of all

Raytheon Business Units/Programs. In this role, you will foster relationships with suppliers, administer subcontracts in a fashion consistent with integrated supply chain models, recognizing the role and value of each participant through the acquisition life cycle from requirements generation through product delivery, product support, and payment for products and services.  You will engage in supplier performance, relationship management, and strategic sourcing as well as facilitate complex business agreements in support of the various contracts. 

What You will Do

  • Manage Supplier Relationship, Development, and Performance

  • Drive the success of meeting business factory MRP and financial requirements

  • Drive the success for metrics, Late to Place, Late to Dock, Delinquent Material, etc.

  • Develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and performance improvements to drive flawless supplier execution for RMD programs and projects

  • Perform subcontract management of high dollar purchase orders utilizing integrated supply chain models in compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements

  • Primary capabilities in subcontract management such as the following will be needed:

  • Preparation of all manner of solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, RFI, and IDIQ

  • Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques

  • Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms)

  • Place Purchase Orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexity

  • Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problems

  • Travel to Raytheon Technologies and supplier facilities as deemed necessary and appropriate to conduct business.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree.

  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or within other heavily regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, medical, space, aviation, power generation or automotive

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience Analyzing Cost and Pricing Data and determine proposal compliance

  • Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) review

  • Experience placing Purchase Orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexity

  • Experienced in contributing to the successful completion of a project which enhanced performance within an area of responsibility

  • SAP based environment experience

  • Ability to successfully execute a competitive procurement including development of evaluation criteria

  • Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
