Work Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must be based in the Philippines)
Work Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Philippine Time)

Job Overview
We’re hiring a Calendaring Clerk to support a fast-paced U.S. personal injury law firm. In this role, you’ll manage high-volume calendaring, track litigation deadlines, coordinate with attorneys and clients, and ensure that all legal events and filings are handled with precision and timeliness. Your ability to maintain accurate calendars, communicate clearly, and stay organized under pressure will be critical to helping our legal team meet court deadlines and maintain smooth case operations.

Key Responsibilities

Enter all court dates, filing deadlines, hearings, trial dates, and other key events into the calendar (Outlook and Filevine software).
Monitor and track deadline dates (discovery, motions, trial, expert exchanges, and other key dates).
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly calendar reports to the team (attorneys, paralegals, and supervisors).
Communicate calendar updates or cancellations promptly to all relevant team members.
Setting up initial and subsequent client calls with the attorney and client.
Confirm court dates and filing dates with opposing counsel, court clerks, or other when needed.
File documents with the court (electronically or in person, if applicable).
Gather missing documents, or schedule meetings, depositions, or mediations.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail related to cases.
Support team members with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Stay up to date with filing procedures, court rules, and applicable legislation related to calendaring and filing.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a legal setting, with a focus on personal injury law, calendaring, or docket management highly preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail, superior organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in legal software and MS Office Suite.
