We’re growing fast and looking for a Growth Manager to accelerate our user acquisition, activation, and retention across key segments and channels. If you're driven by experimentation, metrics, and storytelling, this is your canvas.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Design, test, and scale high-impact growth strategies across both B2B and B2C user segments

  • Lead funnel optimization from sign-up to activation, working closely with product and marketing

  • Own and improve core growth metrics: CAC, activation rate, retention, LTV, etc.

  • Launch and manage campaigns across performance marketing, lifecycle, SEO/SEM, and partnerships

  • Build and run A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and improve onboarding flows

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and analytics to launch and refine growth initiatives

  • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and channel performance to uncover growth levers

  • Launch GTM strategies for new features, creator tools, or AI APIs


What You’ll Need
  • 3–6 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, product strategy, or a high-growth startup

  • A strong understanding of growth loops, funnel metrics, and activation mechanics

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar

  • Proven track record of driving measurable user or revenue growth

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams


Nice to Have
  • Experience in GenAI, creative tools, or SaaS platforms

  • Prior experience scaling PLG (product-led growth) businesses

  • Exposure to tools like Hubspot, Webflow, Zapier, or CRM systems

  • Comfort with low-code tools or light technical skills (HTML, JS, etc.)
