The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Service Analyst to join our IQVIA team in Athens and who will be responsible for managing Client Service activities, turning our unparalleled big data into meaningful services for our Clients. Client Service Analyst will have the responsibility for supporting clients in analyzing IQVIA property data and ensures they obtain maximum value from IQVIA products and services. Will also answers client queries and collaborates with the Sales team to best support the clients. Provides in-depth training in databases and products and assists the sales team in preparing quotations.
This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates with a analytical background who are looking to kick-start their career in a dynamic, client-facing environment. The role follows a hybrid working model, requiring minimum two days per week in the office.
