Job description

Summary: Enhance collaboration and strategic alignment across Risk Solutions’ Managed Care, Production, Analytics, and Placement teams.

Essential Duties and Functions:

  • Grow the Value Based Care (ACO and Provider Excess) insurance book of business through client outreach and team introductions
  • Lead analytics improvement internally, outsourced actuarial management, and all current managed care data projects for underwriting of insurance and surety bonds.
  • Develop ACO and VBC consulting strategy with go to market products in 2026, based on insurance book growth.
  • Support the sales and production team with current client contract renewals.
  • Support production teams by coordinating sales/marketing collateral including market updates..
  • Identify innovative ways to grow business, impact, platforms, and partnerships.
  • Spearhead the effort to improve and maintain compelling RFP responses.
  • Work with senior leadership, production, and analytics teams to create effective messaging around our ever-evolving differentiators.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and assist in new business prospecting.
  • Retain, strengthen and expand client relationships by working with Producers and Practices to understand their expectations regarding client interactions and the task, authorities and responsibilities to be delegated to the appropriate account team.
  • Direct overall strategy, results, and coordination of service team activities. 
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required

  • 8-10 years of related insurance experience
  • Must have appropriate state broker licenses
  • Ability to establish work priorities and manage time effectively
  • Ability to use initiative and good judgment in accomplishing tasks with minimal errors
  • Must possess critical thinking skills
  • Establish and maintain effective work relationships and function in a team environment. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to lead/command client and/or market discussions
  • Good listening skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite
