Fully Remote role. However, individuals applying must be located in NJ, PA, MD, or North VA to be considered.
Commercial Roofing  experience and proficiency with computers is required to be considered for this position.
 
 

We are seeking a highly motivated professional National Accounts Territory Development Manager to develop business with new clients in allocated territories. Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate strategically delivered client-focused commercial roofing solutions based on customer needs.

 

Position Summary:

The National Accounts Territory Development Manager is responsible for the management of sales, prospecting customers and developing customer share relationships with new and existing national customers in their local market.  

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Establish new national customers sales locally in designated territory.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. 
  • Working closely in collaboration with Vice President of Sales and National Account Managers.
  • Liaise between customers locations, our National Service Center, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
  • Contributes to teams’ overall group sales goals, works as part of the team.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our roofing solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Identify and grow opportunities to ensure overall customers growth.
  • Keep current in industry changes in products service and policy’s and help evaluate results and competitive developments in your assigned geography.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • The ability to effectively plan, organize and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of results.   
  • Intermediate computer skills required. (Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferred. 
  • 5 years’ commercial roofing sales experience or an equivalent market, manufacturing or distribution experience servicing the commercial roofing marketplace.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered. Navigate software programs and accurately enter data in CRM. 
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM a plus. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively internally and externally at C-level.  
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to national customers.
